The breakfast was tasty and delicious as expected with granola, the best options, pancakes. The location was great and beds were quiet. Set in nice enough area, restaurants and bars were near the hotel. Everything was spotless, I would recommend.

The quadruple room is double superior and has a mini fridge bar, air conditioning and an individual safe. The breakfast is fresh, the staff keeps it stocked and spotless. The staff are all wonderfully helpful.

Recommend this place and would return anytime. We had a savoury breakfast with great coffee and pancakes, for example included. The location exceeded high expectations, it was particularly good and stunning pretty right beside a canal.

The units are double superior, a nice size with nice linens as well as a queen size bed. The location is peaceful, 1 km from a classical 17th - century palace. When I am in Venice, I like staying here.

Well-maintained and extremely convenient accommodation with amazingly helpful staff on check-out. Absolutely perfect and magnificent location in Venice, really close to both the ferry terminal and railway station, San Barnaba and the main tourist area. For tea or coffee visit Suzie Cafe nearby.

Morning meal food was good. We were able to visit san giorgio maggiore that was very close to the hotel. Castello district was worth visiting. Train station Venice Santa Lucia was less than 15 minutes walk away.
